Has anyone heard if OETA is going to meet the May 1 date for digital broadcasting? Also are they going to pass HD signals?

I just spoke to an engineer in OK City and he informed me that KOED (to be ch 38) in Tulsa won’t be ready for 30 to 60 days but that they hoped to be broadcasting HD by the end of May.
They basically told me the same thing.
