Does anyone know anything about a KBCA-DT 31 in Elk City? It is listed on antennaweb.org as coming online 8/1/03 but can’t find any other info on it. I think it is to be a UPN affiliate. If this is true it will be great news to us out here west of US 81, who will be unable to receive any of the OKC DT signals due to their smaller than analog coverage areas.

I can’t find any way to contact the station.
KBCA will be a Spanish Speaking station. I believe it will be a Univision affiliate. I hope this helps … StorminOkie
Oklahoma Television Stations site list KBCA 31 as an analog station and carries Univision programs. It is listed "(DT n/a)"
