I bought my hdtv last week and hooked it up. I was a little disapointed with the picture (sony kp51ws500). One of the guys at ultimate came out and adjusted it ..it looked better…THEN I got my motorola hdtv box WOW it looks Great…. the guys at ultimate helped me out with the hook up with the HDTV box( with cables and aspect ratio and the vid. essent. set up disk I recomend Ultimate for your hdtv

Got my Panasonic from them back in March when they were offering 0% for a full year.
Ultimate is nice if you’re a big fish. Used to have a good friend who worked there and he had horror stories about other employee’s snaking sales and other backstabbing.
I got the feeling that if you aren’t spending the big bucks, the employees don’t want to deal with ya. I guess that goes for any commission place though.
