COX HD boxes

I Recently installed a COX HD cable box (motorola) for a customer of mine in BA, the quality of the digital and HD programing didn’t seem to be any less than that of my OTA HD reception. (no i do not work for the cable company)

Have you seen any problems with picture stutter or jitter on KTUL? Everytime they "flip the switch" my picture starts to jitter.
