Is it my reciever reception or is PBS still having broadcast problems?

Update from HiDefSooner 10/20/03: I contacted OETA this morning and they told me they are having problems. Hopefully it will get fixed by tonight.

KOED DT-38 is also having problems. Broadcasting on 4 channels, in SD, with picture and sound cutting out on a regular basis. Perhaps they are just testing. Is anyone else having this problem, or is my signal just marginal? I may need to adjust my antenna but was waiting until they go to full power.
I checked out PBS HD in tulsa last night and it wasn’t watchable. Lots of pixelation. Signel strength was good (80-90%).
These PBS probs in Tulsa are gettin kinda old. What’s it been now? Almost 2 weeks of… I don’t even know what to call it. Looks REAL bad though!
I tried to describe it as heavy pixilation.
On my receiver, I see whatever HD channel I was on before breaking up. Sound seems to work, but picture is unwatchable.
