Local HD

I live about 60 miles from the tv towers in tulsa. How do i find out if i can receive hd. I get a poor picture on 2 6 & 8. I would hate to buy a antenna and not be able to get a picture. I have a dish 811 system.

You woud need only a small antenna being so close signal overload should be more of a problem then anything else. "rabbit ears" might be all it would take.

I miss read the 60 miles — rabbit ears may help but you shouldn’t have to worry about signal strength one way or the other. I live about as far from the OKC towers and use a small Terk 35 antenna located out of doors and have no trouble with any station that broadcast digital signals.
