    I think it is a mirror of 27-2 (4-2) but I will check tomorrow.

    the 2nd weather channel looks like a bitrate starved version of the 1st weather channel. My guess is that 4-2 will carry the live cam feeds, phone video and the like during tornado season and 4-3 will be same feed that it and 4-2 are right now.

    That way the programming on 4-1 could continue without interruption for people that are not in the severe weather areas.
