From the TBN web site, New TBN Full Power Digital Station Sign-On:
Today, June 29, 2006, station KDOR-DT, Bartlesville/Tulsa, OK began broadcasting via crystal clear (and now powerful) digital transmission with 40,000 watts of power. KDOR-DT is reaching a potential audience of 788,287 souls with all five TBN networks consisting of TBN, The Church Channel, JCTV, Smile of a Child and TBN Enlace USA. Viewers viewers in the Tulsa area with “DTV” tuners may now receive TBN via digital transmission on channel 15.
The station has been listed on the NAB’s list of DTV stations since December 2002, but I guess now they’re at full power. The Oklahoma City TBN station broadcasts five subchannels, but it’s not clear how many the Tulsa market station carries.

I didn’t realize you could carry 5 sub-channels. I thought 4 was the max. Is 5 the max?
I don’t know that there is a maximum, but I’m sure there is a practical limit. In theory, you could have eight sub-channels and just turn up the compression.
Right now, KTBO-DT in Oklahoma City has the following content:
14-1 Same as their Analog Channel
14-2 The Church Channel
14-3 JCTV (Music Videos)
14-4 enlace TBN (Spanish)
14-5 JB? (Could be a Christian kids channel)
So, they get the message out and I wouldn’t expect them to do less in Tulsa.
I would hope the Bartlesville station is running proper audio on all their subchannels. When you watch the main feed on KTBO all the audio comes from the rear channels of a surround system. That and the almost unwatchable compression artifacts make it almost unwatchable.
I didn’t say I watched or listened to KTBO, just that they had five subchannels.
