Today is July 1, 2006 and all DTV stations commerical and non-commerical must go to full power starting today. Most stations are at or near full power so I don’t think we will any big reception improvements.

Full power at 7kw for KTUL-DT Tulsa channel 10 isn’t exactly full power. It’s more like flea power.
