Picking Up Signals in Yukon

I recently purchased a hdtv antenna in order to pick up over the air high def. I live in north Yukon and I don’t seem to be picking up any stations. The antenna that I purchased has a range of 30 miles. Are there any HD towers within a 30 mile radius of Yukon? Also, is there any adjustment I need to make in order to get over the air HD (especially local ABC affiliate)?

The ABC affiliate in OKC (KOCO-DT) is a VHF station, and the others are UHF. Kevin has a nice article (linked on the first page) about picking up KOCO in SW OKC.
But in Yukon, I’d think that you could get everything with a powered indoor UHF/VHF antenna, pointed toward the towers in NW OKC. That’s what I use in Mustang.
Can you provide futher information as to what antenna you are using? I also live in Yukon and have a radio shack VU-90 in the attic, and have no problems picking up all the DT stations.

Does your TV have a decoder or are you using an external decoder?
Forget indoor antennas unless you live really close to the tower. An outdoor antenna costs $35 and is worth every penny.
