Andy Lee, an engineer who has been making Longley-Rice signal propogation maps and putting them out on AVSForum via Bittorrent, has finally made the Oklahoma City market available. You need the latest version of Google Earth (http://earth.google.com), and a Bittorent downloader to grab the file. Both are available at this post.
