WWE in HD, but not on Cox

It was just announced officially tonight that WWE would be going HD starting with Monday Night Raw on USA Network in two weeks (1/21/08). There have also been rumors for a couple weeks that their first HD Pay-Per-View would be the Royal Rumble on 1/27/08. Of course, there’s a big problem with both of these things for Cox OKC customers. First, we have no USA HD. Second, when the latest channel update came about, we now no longer have HD PPV. So my question is, how would one go about talking to the right people or sending an email to the right people in Cox to get this rectified?

NBC/Universal requires that USA-HD, SciFi-HD, CNBC-HD and Bravo-HD all be added at the SAME time to a cable system. Individual channels may not be added to a system’s lineup and certain carriage location/tier requirements must be met as well. All this may be what is holding things up with Cox.

Called Direct Tv. $39.95 for non HD Royal Rumble channel 123. $49.95 for HD Royal Rumble on channel 98. Not sure if it is worth it for the extra $10. But we will see.
