Called Direct Tv. $39.95 for non HD Royal Rumble channel 123. $49.95 for HD Royal Rumble on channel 98. Not sure if it is worth it for the extra $10. But we will see.

NBC/Universal requires that USA-HD, SciFi-HD, CNBC-HD and Bravo-HD all be added at the SAME time to a cable system. Individual channels may not be added to a system's lineup and certain carriage location/tier requirements must be met as well. All this may be what is holding things up with Cox.
