With that logic Cox should get credit for 14 Starz channels since I have 14 Starz HD On Demand movies available (soon expanding to over 40). Does that mean in October when Cox launches HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax HD On Demand that we should give them credit for nearly 60 HD premium channels. Plus why count channels like CBS College Sports (formerly CSTV). Even their reps will tell you they don't currently carry games in HD -- although I believe they will this fall. Contrary to DISH's enthousiam I did not like loosing several channels I enjoyed for a 24 HD fishing channel. In fact I feel poorer for the exchange all tho some were channels the wife watches. What will be added next and will it pay to "watch what comes in the next few weeks"? I would have liked to keep Gallery-HD just to watch 'Concrete Canvas' There is a lawsuit in progress between Voom and Dish. Apparently their contract requires Voom to spend at least 100 million per year on programming and they haven't been doing that.
