		<description>That's all well and good, but for now, at least, the biggest problem seems to be getting someone from Dish Network to make the trip to the house at the appointed day &#38; time to do the installation.

My parents and my sister, separately, have had problems with Dish Network in terms of getting them to come out and not cancel or re-schedule the appointment without consulting with us (the customers!) first.  Grrrrrr.</description>
