    Tulsa can’t be any less prepared than Oklahoma City. Doesn’t KJRH do its local news in HD?

    I think you need to read the article again. It is not the TV stations that they are talking about, it is the people who own the TV sets. I can believe the numbers. I work at Wal-Mart on the weekends and I can say the converters have not moved much if at all. I even had one person ask me about needing a converter if he bought a new TV, he thought he would need both.
