I knew I still had signal cause I still got it the VLC on my HDHomeRun tuner. There IS no atscchannels.xml file in Windows 7. I had to go in and uncheck the listings for KWTV and KETA and then add them in manually. After that I had to figure out how to copy the guide settings to the new, manually added channels - but I think its all good now.
