These changes are for Oklahoma City. All OKC digital customers will be receiving a new interactive guide and a new integrated On Demand guide.

Until Cox actually gets some decent equipment, I won’t be a video customer.
are the cisco boxes going to come out around the same time as this software push out? because i dont’ want to have to reselect all of my dvr recordings only to change boxes a few weeks later, i would rather just do it all at once
Customers will be converted to the new guide starting in mid-Sept. Current schedule has completion of all customers in OKC by first week of October.
I assume the Cisco box question is about whole-home DVR? Whole-home DVR is slated for mid Q4 in OKC.

CoxEmp is there any word on if the OKC area will be getting the Tivo integrations in 2010 or are we going to have to wait for the complete roll out in 2011? Thanks.
No definitive dates for TiVo in Oklahoma at this point.
NFL RedZone HD will also be launching on Cox.
I was told the new IPG would start to be launched on the 22nd (Wednesday). I haven’t gotten it yet. They said it’d be launched in three waves.
Cox told me on Friday that the upgrades would happen early each Wednesday morning. Each week they would target a different series of boxes, starting with the SD or low end models first. The HD DVR units are slated for October 13th and 20th, that is if he knew what he was talking about!
Is the new interface ever going live? It is almost November and it was advertised to be launching in September and it is still a no show. Any updates on when it is actually launching? Thanks.
My HD DVR took the update Wed. night, but my HD receiver in the bedroom did not. Once I figured out where all of the new setup items were hidden in the menus, I kind of like the new passport guide and firmware.
