KWTV-DT Audio to Go 5.1 Tonight

I saw a post on AVSFORUM where KWTV-DT audio will go 5.1 during prime time tonight.

Update from Dennis: It seems to be working fine on my end…

This may just be my setup, but the 5.1 surround doesn’t have a “center” channel at all. KFOR, KSWO, and KOKH all have it right, but KWTV seems to have the center channel missing.

    Anyone else noticed this?

    I’m using a Tivo Series 3 DVR, connected to a Pioneer 5.1 receiver/amp. It shows that it’s getting DD5.1, but it’s sounding like 4.1!

Surround channels don’t sound “full” on 2.5 men or Mike and Molly. I thought the KWTV simply passed the signal from CBS.

    Going the right direction though…

According to this on the AVS forum they are still in tweak mode.
