I am surprised that no one has answered this, but then again there is not much activity on this site lately.
Anyway, as you may suspect, Fashion TV is not offered on Uverse according to my TV schedule.
It’s on whatever package I get from Dish, but I can’t say I’ve watched more than a minute’s worth.
