Does anyone know if KOCO has dropped their transmitter power level lately? In Moore, I can barely receive KOCO and the signal strength fluctuates wildy between 30% and 70%. This started a few days ago as far as I can tell. All of the other digital stations are locked in at 90% or Better on [...]
