All DTV Stations Must go Full Power Today

Today is July 1, 2006 and all DTV stations commerical and non-commerical must go to full power starting today. Most stations are at or near full power so I don’t think we will any big reception improvements.

KBCA-DT Elk City 31

Does anyone know anything about a KBCA-DT 31 in Elk City? It is listed on antennaweb.org as coming online 8/1/03 but can’t find any other info on it. I think it is to be a UPN affiliate. If this is true it will be great news to us out here west of [...]
