<p>In cases of weak signal go all the way to the roof. Attic installs only get about 1/2 the signal as roof installs. 9-1 is rock solid down here in Moore, but the only way I was able to get it is on the roof.

I found a way to improve the signal coming from Channel 9-1. I pointed the antenna about 20 degree down in the front and I now get signals in the 80's without the drop out that was occurring each 2 to 20 seconds.
I am guessing ,but I must be getting a conflicting signal coming from somewhere that was knocking out the channel 9 signal. I am noticing that the signal is stronger in the morning then the evening. I still every few minutes get a freeze of the picture for an instance in the evening so I am still looking. The rest of the digital stations are coming in at 90 to 100 signal strength.

Got the problem solved. When taking a bearing on the attic antenna, the antenna itself was affecting the compass.

Backed away and realigned the UHF antenna to 40 degrees from magnetic north and problem was solved.

KWTV 9.1 is 7.2 miles and 40 degrees from my house. With an attic antenna, the signal is very week to none.
(32 inch Insignia HDTV).

With a analog/digital converter box, and adjusting the UHF direction on a cheap rabbit ear vhf/uhf antenna, I can get a good signal.

4.1, 9.1 and 13.1 all have the same bearing and distance, yet 9.1 is difficult to reach.

Don't have a clue as to why.

For the last 45 days I also am having trouble with 9-1, 13-1 and 43-1. The signal goes to zero strength on my H20-100, HR20-100, HR20-700, HR10-250 and Pioneer 5070 plasma. The signal strength has also dropped from the low 90's to 55 to 73 most of the time. The big problems on all these channels is the signal strength dropping to zero every 5 to 20 seconds for about one second.
I realign the large attac antenna that picks up all the other Oklahoma City digital stations with the signals in the 90's. I live 17 miles South East of the antenna farm in Choctaw Oklahoma.
Any thoughts as to why?

The past several days I've had a weak signal (low 70s) for KWTV 9-1. It's basically unusable in NE Edmond at this level - made watching The Masters a bit frustrating. Previously signal strength was mid-80s.

Anyone else have a similar experience? Ideas?
