   I emailed and this is the response that I got today. Question: "I have recently been able to tune to FSNHD on channel 740 but there is no signal. I just wanted to know how to get this channel and what type of programming would be available on it. Thank you." Reply: "Thank you for your inquiry.    I just got off the phone with cox. the guide shows ou v iowa st playing but when selecting the channel it is still off air. They said you have to order the 'sports and info' package to get it. so much for free HD

   Well much like every other time I talk to cox, it appears I got wrong information. FSN-HD on 740 is up and looking great today. (also Free)
