I mean not to be one to gripe but this is just stupid. First it was last nights Saturday Night Live, and now I am watching the Dallas Stars vs the Colorado avelanche which is suppost to be in glorious 1080i but I am enjoying the game in lovely 480i crappy black bars on the side yada yada yada. First the past 2 sundays they start by playing the wrong game for our region then they switch it over and forget its in HD, channel 4 sucks!! I know its hockey and not nascar or football but still should be broadcast in HD as advertised. I am off my soapbox now… |

I think they are asleep at the wheel half the time. Last weeks episode of My Name is Earl was broadcast in SD for the first half ans HD for the second half. |

There are a large number of examples here on HDTVOK about their lack of concern with HD broadcasting. I have just quit watching them. If they get their act together I might start watching again. |

Before anyone says anything–the temporary switch into SD during tonight’s episode of “The Office” was apparently an NBC issue, and not a local KFOR issue. This is not to say that KFOR doesn’t usually suck, ’cause they do–it just wasn’t their particular fault tonight. |
