TV 1: Cox Coax (expanded basic) from wall to HDTV (no set top box).

TV 2: PC w/ ATSC HDTV Tuner w/ OTA antenna

Seems like I’m getting the same channels on the PC w/ OTA that I get in the upper (channel 90+) on Cox Expanded. IE. OTA doesn’t bring anything new/extra to the table that Cox Expanded Basic isn’t already covering.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance

So you get ESPN, CNN, Travel Channel, The Weather Channel and others [to name a few] via your external roof or attic antenna over-the-air [OTA]? I find that hard to believe. FWIW here are the Cox channel listings for the OKC market so you can see what Cox offers with Expanded Basic.

Sorry, I meant to say in the QAM/HD/Digital area. I’m assuming whatever I get OTA I’m already getting from COX therefore OTA isn’t worth much to me.

There are a few digital channels that I can get OTA that aren’t available on cable, but none of them are worth watching IMO.
