It may be time to switch to Dish, or at least talk to the customer retention department at your current media provider and snag a deal. Dish Network is offering a free HD-DVR, $200 off one year of programming, and 3 months of a premium channel for free. Here is the link to the deal:

You can NOT get the locals OKC or Tulsa hd channels from Dish yet. The dish receiver has an OTA digtal (ATSC) tuner so that if you connect an antenna and are in range of the broadcast signals you can get the local digital channels and any HD they may broadcast.
