Help! Jerky OTA issue

oklahomasooners	I live 24 miles away from the tower farm in East Norman. I am able to pick up every OKC DT station OTA with an amplified antenna; however, when there is a program in full HD such as the MLB playoffs, Lost, Grey’s Anatomy, etc., the picture becomes jerky and slow. What is going on here? I need this fixed by OU-Texas!
