Got up to check the radar before I left about 7:15 the morning Sat.2/25 and lo and behold there was kids programming on 2.2 instead of the radar map. I am assuming it was there because of these new interpretations of the FCC rules, but what good is a weather sub-channel if you can’t use it when the weather is bad?

They should just put little fuzzy bunny rabbits on all the storms and have the ittsy bittsy spider song running in the background.
