I’m watching 20/20 right now and I’m noticing that the closings ticker is being overlaid on the HD feed in widescreen…

Anyone else notice this?

Yes, I saw that during the ABC evening news (5.30 to 6 PM) when I switched from KFOR because they stayed in SD mode. I happened to take a couple of pictures just for fun.

KOCO did switch to SD briefly when they did a short weather update during a commercial but did switch back to HD when that was over and the news broadcast resumed.
