I live in Bartlesville and get no signal on ktul channel 8. I have a large antenna on my roof w/ a signal booster. It seems I used to get it over a year ago but no longer. I get all 2 6 and fox and oeta and pretty much most other channels but I get zero signal on channel 8. Any ideas or is there anyone in Bartlesville that gets this channel so i can know if it is me or them.

All the Tulsa stations are doing tower work, as they dismantle the analog transmitters and move the digital transmitters to the top of the towers or to their final mounting position. KTUL I have noticed has a lower signal currently, but they should have the tower work finished in the next few weeks. So signals should then improve for the fringe areas.

I live in central Bartlesville just east of Walgreens and I do pick up channel 8 signal. The signal is the lowest of all my channels, around 78%. I have a large roof antenna. I have problems picking up ION, I’ve tried my antenna pointed at 195 degrees but no luck. Have you had any luck with ION?

ION’s transmitter is in Oklmulgee. Yes I get all the local area channels available, but I am very close to them. I am out in East Tulsa near 31st and 145th. I do have to move the antenna more to the west to get Ion, but then I lose KRSC. I can’t get KDOR unless I turn my antenna to the north towards Bartlesville, but I don’t ever watch anything other than the main networks. An HD CW would be nice though.
