I have a HDTV with a QAM tuner, which up to a few months ago was able to receive the “free” HD channels (like ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) from Cox through just a normal coaxial cable. However, now I no longer can get the HD channels. Did Cox OKC encrypt all of their HD channels a few months ago?

I doubt calling would do you any good as my experience is that the customer service reps don’t know what QAM is. In Stillwater, Suddenlink has a couple of channels still available, but not all the over-the-air channels.

I just got a tv for my kitchen that had QAM and I was able to get ABC, CBS, OETA,
WB and FOX in HD. I just did it last night. It takes a LOT of hunting around to
find them but they are there. Does anyone know of a way to get a channel line-up.
They are all so different from regular cable!!
